Zoho Notebook

Zoho notebook is awesome. It allows to to work just like working on a piece of paper except you get to add all kinds of rich content like rss feeds, sound, video and files.

Sleep

How I love getting a full night of restful sleep. But alas, it does not always happen. I am lucky in that I can usually fall asleep in a few minutes. But I sleep lightly and wake up many times during the night. I also don't dream much, which I take is a sign of not getting that good deep sleep that is so helpful in restoring your body. I also don't get enough sleep lately. I tend to be up till 11:30 or 12:00 and then have to get up for work between 6:00 and 6:30. So at most I am getting is 6 hours of sleep a night which does not seem to be enough for me.

Worry

If you can solve your problem,
then what is the need of worrying?

If you can not solve it,
then what is the use of worrying?

I believe worrying is of no help. It does not change the outcome, it does not make something go away or to come back. It is just a useless waste of time and energy.

Food

Food is an essential part of life, we can not live without food. But the food most of us eat is garbage. We eat so much junk that we have no idea how it will affect our lives and our health. We need to clean up what food we put into our bodies. Would you put added ingredients into your cars gas tank if these additives where know to take away gas mileage, damage your engine and cause unwanted problems down the road. No, I think not. Then why do we do it to ourselves.

Feelings

I believe in being in control of how you feel. And being able to control what you feel in different situations. I believe no one can make you feel anything, you choose how you are going to feel in any situation. This is a very hard concept to get your mind around but when you do, things will start being a little clearer. I believe if I can fully incorporate this into my daily life and not have to remind myself of it all the time I would be a much better person.

Fun

In striving to be happy one has to have fun. Laugh, be silly, let go a bit and just loosen up. Enjoy what you have and have fun with the people in your life.

Fitness

I believe to be fit you have to be healthy or fit in many ways. Not only does fitness apply to ones physical appearance but it should also apply to ones emotions and sprituality. To become truly fit one has to work on all three aspects. In other words Mind Body and Soul.

Faith

Faith does not mean orgaized relegion. Of course it can but I believe it does not have to. Faith to me means knowing that there is a higher power, a god. Accept this with all your heart. Faith also implies a trust in others. One must and has to trust others even when they let you down.
