My Novel

Well this is my first attemp at writing a novel. I am sure that I will need to rewrite many parts of it.

The aim of this novel is to show you that life is not bad for the majority of people in Canada. I wuld not dare to say the world. the thing is when you talke to most people they seem to be not happy. Either they don't like there job, house, car, spouse or some other aspect.

Let me let you in on a fundamental truth in life. The key to happiness is very easy and within reach of everyone. All you need to do is be happy. That's it, i fyou believe you are hapy they you are happy. It's that easy.

Now lets tak e alook at my journey to happiness.....

Biking in March

Today I went for a Mountian Bike ride. Earliest I have ever been out for a new biking year. I went with my oldest son Tony (18). The temp was 7 deg c when we started. It was 6 deg c when we stopped. We went to Sydney River behind the Carmichael drive area. It is a bunch of single track trails that are pretty cool. The first part was very muddy with snow and ice. then we got to the wooded section there was mostly packed frozen ice snow from snow mobiles and 4 while bikes. it was fun and different to bike on this surface. All told we biked for about 1.5 hours.

Zoho Notebook

Zoho notebook is awesome. It allows to to work just like working on a piece of paper except you get to add all kinds of rich content like rss feeds, sound, video and files.

Sleep

How I love getting a full night of restful sleep. But alas, it does not always happen. I am lucky in that I can usually fall asleep in a few minutes. But I sleep lightly and wake up many times during the night. I also don't dream much, which I take is a sign of not getting that good deep sleep that is so helpful in restoring your body. I also don't get enough sleep lately. I tend to be up till 11:30 or 12:00 and then have to get up for work between 6:00 and 6:30. So at most I am getting is 6 hours of sleep a night which does not seem to be enough for me.

Worry

If you can solve your problem,
then what is the need of worrying?

then what is the use of worrying?

I believe worrying is of no help. It does not change the outcome, it does not make something go away or to come back. It is just a useless waste of time and energy.
